為了讓每一位申請者在填寫表單前，都能清楚了解租金、押金與共用費用，我們將所有費用規則整理如下。

租金會依照你承諾的租期長短而有所不同——租期越長，月租金越優惠。

To help you understand the cost clearly before applying, we have organized the rent, deposit, and shared-cost rules below. Monthly rent varies depending on your committed lease term — the longer the stay, the better the monthly rate.

開窗就是象山。白日有綠蔭相伴，夜晚毫無光害，安靜得只剩鳥叫與蟬聲。

Open the window and you're face to face with Elephant Mountain — green by day, dark and quiet by night, with nothing but birdsong and cicadas.

雅房 B

Inner-Window Privacy

採光來自室內後陽台，隔著陽台與象山相望，私密感更強。

Natural light filters in through the back balcony, with Elephant Mountain visible just beyond — a quieter, more private feel.

押金亦依租期長短而定 — 短期住客僅需 0.5 個月押金。

計算規則

Calculation Rules

承諾租期判定 How tiers are determined

租期區間以「滿月」判定：以起租日為起算基準，每滿一個月為一個計算單位。
若實際租期為「滿 X 個月未滿 Y 個月」，則月租金費率適用 X 區間。
未滿一個月之零星天數，按當期月租金以日比例計算（日租金 = 當期月租金 ÷ 30）。
Lease tiers are determined by full months from the move-in date.
If actual length is at least X full months but less than Y, the X-tier rate applies.
Remaining days are pro-rated: daily rent = applicable monthly rent ÷ 30.

水電瓦斯費

Utilities

水 · 電 · 瓦斯Water / Electricity / Gas

依實際帳單，按「居住天數 × 人頭」比例公平分攤。台灣每兩個月結算一次。平均每人每月約 NT$ 600–1,000。

Shared based on actual bills, calculated by days stayed × number of residents. Billed every 2 months. Average NT$ 600–1,000 per person/month.
